Clear thinking for a changing world

What's changing — and what to actually do about it.

How it started

LifeIQ began as a list of things I wanted my three children to know — how to think clearly, make good decisions, and stay steady in a world moving faster than any of us can keep up with. Then I realised those weren't only their questions. They're the ones almost everyone is quietly asking as artificial intelligence reshapes work, learning, and family life.

Who it's for

For professionals and parents alike — anyone trying to stay relevant in their work and raise the next generation well, while the ground keeps shifting. Whether you're navigating a career or the dinner-table questions of children growing up alongside AI, the underlying question is the same: what stays valuable when intelligence becomes cheap?

What to expect

One letter, most Sundays. Each follows the same path — what changed → why it matters → what to do about it — and keeps returning to the human capabilities that grow more valuable as machines get smarter: judgment, adaptability, learning, and presence.

No hype, no doom, no recycled headlines. And no financial or medical advice — just honest, practical thinking from a working parent figuring it out in real time, not an expert pretending to have all the answers.

What stays valuable when intelligence becomes cheap? Mostly, the things that make us human.

Come along.
