Sunday Letters

Rebuilding energy, identity, and clarity in modern exhausted life.

A system for intelligent women who are functioning but depleted. No hustle. No optimisation theatre. Just the operating manual for a life you can live in, sustainably.

The Diagnosis

It's not personal failure.
It's structural overload.

Modern life is making intelligent women feel:

Constantly tired
Mentally fragmented
Emotionally overloaded
Quietly disconnected from themselves

The result is not burnout in isolation.
It is fragmentation — a slow loss of internal coherence.

— And it has a structure you can rebuild —
The System

Life IQ is not self-improvement.
It is reconstruction.

Instead of optimising in fragments, Life IQ rebuilds the whole system — across four dimensions, with longevity as the underlying lens.

— I —

Energy

Restoring vitality and nervous system capacity. Sleep, hormones, the engine under everything else. Lose this and the other three rot.

Body · Hormones · Recovery
— II —

Identity

Rebuilding who you are after exhaustion, motherhood, or change. The version of yourself that survives the roles you've played.

Reinvention · Coherence
— III —

Wealth

Long-term optionality and stability. Financial intelligence that buys freedom, not status. Money as oxygen, not scoreboard.

Money · Freedom · Strategy
— IV —

Relationships

The emotional and social systems that decide whether the first three feel like anything. The people who carry you. The ones you've outgrown.

Connection · Boundaries

Underpinned by longevity science, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and aesthetic simplicity.

Why I'm Writing This

I have three daughters.

I started collecting these thoughts for them.

The things I learned the hard way — that the life that looks like winning is not always the life that feels like it. That energy compounds. That money is oxygen, not scoreboard. That who you are when the titles strip away is the only version that lasts.

Then I realised every woman is, in some sense, that daughter.

The friend who texted me at midnight saying she'd lost herself. The thirty-year-old version of me. The reader rebuilding after the body finally sent her the bill.

So Sunday Letters is for them — and for you. Written from the climb, not a finished mountain. In real time. With the receipts.

It is how sustainably you can live without losing yourself."
